When is it?
The race takes place on Sunday 22nd June.
It consists of a 10k trail race for adults (adult’s race for 18s and over held under UKA rules) and a 4.5k race for under 18s, along with a 4.5k fun run for under 12s.
Registration
For juniors opens at 8:00am and closes at 9:15am
For adults opens at 8:30am and closes at 10:15am
Start time
Juniors start at 9.30am
Adults start at 10.30am
Where is it?
The race is held in North London’s Trent Park, which features a mix of trails, fields, and a small stretch of road.
The park is easy to reach by public transport, with Cockfosters Station on the Piccadilly Line just a short walk from the race headquarters.
If you’re driving, there’s plenty of parking available. Trent Park is located just 2 miles from Junction 24 of the M25 to the north and 3 miles from the North Circular to the south.

£26 for UK Athletics or Trail Runners Association affiliated runners
£28 for unaffiliated runners
The race will be chip-timed with results available online following the race.
There are toilet facilities, water stations, baggage and changing facilities.
